Transformer oil chemical purifier is used to remove chemical and physical contaminants of transformer oils, which is able to purify and recover transformer and insulation oils online and offline in accordance with IEC296 standards. This device is fully automatic and is designed and produced in different capacities as a fixed or trailer.

During this process, the oil undergoes a chemical reaction in contact with nanocatalytic materials to remove contaminants of phenols, aldehydes, carboxylic acids, ketones, hydroperoxides, etc. This type of contamination is caused by aging of oil and components. Which causes the formation of sludge in the oil and peripherals. The unique feature of this system is the possibility of reactivating the catalyst (at least 300 times) and charging the additive fully automatically.
